• Signal Log entries, meaning the notes and answers you record during the 21-day protocol.
• Messages you send to support.

Information from the payment processor

• Purchase data such as the products bought, amount, date, transaction ID, and billing name, email, and country. Card details are handled by the payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, video progress, referring page, and approximate location derived from IP address.

8. Deleting your information

We may keep certain records when the law requires or allows it, such as transaction records. Deleting your data will remove your access to your personalized readings.
